User accounts for the App will be created and managed exclusively by the Checkmate team through their administrative portal. Users are not permitted to create their own accounts. Checkmate reserves the right to delete or deactivate user accounts at any time, without prior notice.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Checkmate, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App.

Checkmate reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App or its associated services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
